“You don’t object to a used car dealer’s license?” asked BZA member Pete Estes.
Rollison replied that he didn’t.
Gardiner assured Rollison that all cars displayed on the lot must be in operation.
“It’s my intention to have only operable cars there,” Brown aded.
The BZA voted unanimously to issue the permit for a used car lot with the stipulation that there be no permanent storage of wrecked vehicles.
