Guests of the weekend of D. G. Laing were his family, Dr. and Mrs. Noel Laing, Robin, Aileen, Kathleen and Noel of Trenton, N. J; Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Platt, Charlie and Sage of Stephenson, Md.; and Ms. Nini Lain of Sweet Briar. Dr. Laing left Wednesday as a representative of the E. R. Squibb Co. for Honolulu, Manilla, Taipan and Tokyo, spending about three weeks.
Visiting Mrs. Julia Poe Saturday afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. John Silvey, and spending the weekend were Sherman Davis and family of Chapel Hill, N. C. Joining them for dinner Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Alan Poe of Warrenton and afternoon callers were Mrs. Flossie Cloud, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Foster and Mrs. Ruth Brown, all of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Poe, Mr. and Mrs. Bobbie Carter and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Poe, and their families.
Mrs. Sarah Latham and Mrs. David Streagle have returned home after spending a week at Nags Head, N. C. where they were joined by several members of the family. Shannon and Marc Streagle, accompanied by Mrs. R. A. Baines, Bobbie and Lee, joined them Friday night for the weekend and
