Dressage
Clinics
Started
Emery Hall, Sperryville, recently inaugurated a monthly series of two-day dressage clinics with R judge Renata Ruzick of Slate Mills.
Mrs. Ruzick worked with several small groups on walk, trot and canter, as well as on turns on the forehand, and shoulder-in.
Though the Ruzick clinics are intended to be a continuing series through the winter months, it is still possible for riders to enter their horses in the next session to be offered at Emery Hall in mid-October.
In addition to the dressage series, Emery Hall will also host special clinics in combined training with USET trainee Torrance Watkins and other riders and-or coaches of that caliber.
