In execution of a deed of trust, James S. Warden and Janet A. S. Warden, husband and Wife, dated March 1, 1973, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 108, at page 736, which deed of trust was assumed by Larry R. Chase, Sr., and Macy J. Chase, husband and wife, by deed of assumption dated November 12, 1973, and recorded in the Clerk's Office aforesaid in Deed Book 109, at page 284, the undersigned trustees will offer for sale at public auction the following real property located approximately 2.1 miles from Rt. 211 and Rt. 522 West, Sperryvllle, Virginia, Tax Map Identification Number Sec. 30, Tract 63-A, as follows:
All of that certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated, lying and being near Sperryvllle, in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and by a survey made by J. I. Coveil, Surveyor, dated November 15, 1965, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock CoOnty, Virginia, in Deed Book 85, Page 85, said land is described as follows:
