Robinson reported. “Unfortunately, however, I have been advised by the Interior Department's Bureau of Land Management that the fiscal year 1979 payments being mailed out to area jurisdictions represent approximately 87 per cent of what might have been received had not a decision of the Comptroller General, involving complex issues, required that certain prior year adjustments be made out of this year’s total U. S. appropriation of S105 million."
