The Prince William County Distributive Education Department is offering a 10-hour auctioneering course, meeting from 7:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. Oct. 9, 11, 16 and 18 at Brentsville District High School, Nokesville.
The course is designed to teach the basic auctioneering chant and other pertinent information for the novice auctioneer.
To register, send $15 to Prince William County DE Adult Service, Brentsville District High School, 12109 Aden Rd., Nokesville 22123. Registrants should include their telephone number on checks so refunds can be made in case the course is cancelled because of a lack to students.
