All of that certain tract or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated,; lying and being near Sperryville, in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rap-1 pahannock County, Virginia, and by a survey made by J. I.! Covell, Surveyor, dated November 15, 1965, and recorded in the Clerk's Office: of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 85, Page 85, said land is described as follows:
LOT NO. 1: Beginning at a stake in the west line of the highway, said stake being S. 46-03 E. 217.8' from a concrete monument marking the southeast corner of the cemetery, corner with Lot 2; thence with the west line of the highway, S. 46-03 E. 438.0' to a stake, corner with remainder of the tract; thence new lines with the remainder, S. 43-29 W. 200.0' to a stake, N. 46-03 W. 438.0' to a stake that lot, N. 43-29 E. 200.0' to the beginning. This lot contains 2.01 acres. And being that same certain tract or parcei of land conveyed to James S. Warden, et ux, by deed of James L. Bennett, II, and Shirley A. Bennett, husband and wife, dated the 8th day of February, 1973, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
