The Sperryville Rescue Squad answered two calls September 29, the first to the Horse Shoe Inn ball field and transported Danny Wain of Washington to Fauquier Hospital and later took Donald Lamb from his home on Rt. 231 to Culpeper Memorial.
The Washington Rescue Squad transported Gene Layman from his home in Washington September 30 to University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville and on September 29 Mrs. Rosie Payne was taken from her home in Washington to Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
