Complaints Sparked Action The application for the campground variance wasn’t filed until after the zoning administrator received numerous complaints from adjoining landowners and subsequently informed NPEA representatives that they were in violation of the county’s ordinances, according to the suit.
Following a public hearing on May 8 and a second meeting on May 22. the BZA granted NPEA a temporary variance with conditions for the campground.
