In photography Cindy Hunter won first and second place in the young division while Ivan Borrello was first in the black and white advanced division. Jerry Smith placed second and Christopher White, third in this. In color photography, Jerry Smith took first and second place with Christopher White third and Amy Von Ludwig, receiving honorable mention. All are students at Wakefield School.
Competing in adult photography, Beverly Hunter took first and second in color photos with Donatinne Von Ludwig coming in third. In painting, the adults were Allen Coombs, first; Dorathea Clouser, second and Sharon Rozik, third.

Thomas Gene Metzinger of Sperryville was among the graduating class at Bluefield College where he received his BS degree in psychology. He has been accepted at James Madison University Harrisonburg, for graduate study in behavioral sciences.
Tom is the son of Col. ahd Mrs.'Dale Metzinger and was graduated from Rappahannock County High School.
