Jenkins
Mrs. Landora Thompson Jenkins, 81. of Front Royal, died Saturday. May 24, 1980, at Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the Maddox Funeral Home, Front Royal, by the Rev. John P. Oliver Jr. Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Front Royal.
Mrs. Jenkins was born November 11, 1898, in Warren County, daughter of the late Edward C. and Christabell Clark Thompson. She was the widow of Raymond S. Jenkins.
Surviving are four sons, Edward C. Jenkins and Raymond S. Jenkins Jr., both of Front Royal, Elmer S. Jenkins of Alexandria and Wilmer L. Jenkins of Lompoc, Calif.; two daughters, Catherine Rutherford and Christabell Baumgardner, both of Front Royal; a brother, Douglas Thompson of Front Royal; two sisters, Annie North and Catherine Williams, both of Front Royal; 16 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.
Jones
Funeral services for Mrs. Sadie L. Jones were conducted Wednesday at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Woodville, by the Rev. U. S. Brokenburr. Burial was in the family section of the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones, a native of Rappahannock County and a housewife, died Saturday. May 31, 1980, at the Madison Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Lynn Jones; a sister, Mrs. Laurie D. Davis, and a brother. Creed M. Dennis.
