Mr. Smoot, son of Mrs. Louise Adkins. Washington, Virginia, is a 1978 honor's graduate of Rappahannock County High School. While attending Lord Fairfax Community College, he served as President of the freshman and sophomore classes. He was a member of the Student Government Association. Police Science Fraternity. Benefit Dinner
A beftefit beef and chicken dinner will be held Saturday. June 7. at 4 p.m.. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Summers of Washington. Dinners will be $3.50. S3.75 for home delivery.
