THE GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL was presented Spec. 5 Jane E. Hoffer in a special ceremony at the U.S. Army Mobility Equipment Research and Development Command at Fort Belvoir. She is congratulated by Col. Albert F. Dorris. All of her service time has been with MERADCOM which is part of the U.S. Army Material Development and Readiness Command which is responsible for research, development, engineering and first production buys of equipment in the Army’s barrier and counter barrier systems; countersurveillance systems; energy and environmental svstems and supply distribution and construction equipment systems. Hoffer is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clatterbuck of Arlington and has many relatives in Rappahannock.
