A bicycle decorating contest will be held in conjunction with the annual July 4th festivities in the Town of Washington. The contest is sponsored jointly by the Washington Business Council and Eileen M. Day. Realtor.
A children’s parade will be held at 3:30 p.m. to provide for judging and some patriotic fun. The line-up will take place behing Rappahannock Courthouse.
Prizes will be given for the most artistic, most patriotic, funniest and most original. Age groups are 7 to 10 years;
