Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax spent from Friday until Monday with Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Fairfax in Williamsport, Md. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Burke of Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Crawford of Jekyll Island. Ga.. arrived Thursday to spend a few days with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bradford Fisher. Tara and David. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bridges were Marx Sterne and Miss Joan Cole. both of Washington, D. C. Bill Scoggin from VPI, Blacksburg. spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Scoggin. Mrs. Carol Miller spent the weekend in Detroit. Mich. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lindstrom returned home last Tuesday after spending two weeks in Alexandria, Minn. Houseguests of the Lindstroms from Thursday until Sunday were Dr. and Mrs. James Shuler of Tallahassee, Fla., and Mrs. Neil Dubner of California. Joining them for dinner Friday evening were Mrs. A. L. Blankenbaker and Jack Blankenbaker of Haywood. Mrs. E. M. Jones and Mrs. L. J. Turner were Thursday evening guests of Dr. and Mrs. John Turner in Warrenton and they celebrated the birthday of Mrs. Turner Sr. Dr. and Mrs. Turner, Will Hazel, Lewis Turner 111 and Mrs. Jones were Sunday evening dinner guests of Mrs. L. J. Turner at The Inn. Freddy Butler of Boston was a Friday afternoon caller of Stant Weaver. John Weaver of Washington, D. C.. spent the weekend here with his father. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Lockheart in Front Royal. Melissa Cameron of Chester Gap spent Saturday with Wanda Campbell. Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Keyser at The Oaks were Mr. and Mrs. Albert J. Slaughter and Mrs. Betty Campbell, all of Leesburg.
