Three more members of the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department have achieved Shock Trauma Certification. They are Doug Bywaters, Sr., Bywaters, Jr., and Buddy Tummeyer, with the latter achieving the highest exam score of the entire course given at Culpeper. Hospital.
