COUNIY YOUNGSTERS attended a week of 4-H Congress at VPI & SU in Blacksburg last month. Representing Rappahannock were (front, left to right) Amanda Magee, Raynetta Gheen, Julie Burke, (rear) Janine Bloomer, Joe McCullough and Ginger Eidson. Joe, Ginger and Amanda received scholarships to the 4-H Congress from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative in Culpeper and followed a special curriculum on cooperatives at Blacksburg. Judith took a program in consumerism at 4-H Congress and Raynetta and Julie studied recreation for the handicapped. Janine Bloomer (not pictured) took classes in community improvement.
