Charged
On Monday, a Rappahannock grand jury brought back a true bill against Albert Wayne Gatewood in connection with the May 28 robbery of the Washington Cash Store.
Gatewood, 24, of Washington, is charged with breaking and entering and stealing goods valued at $200 of more.
With the issuance of a capias for his arrest, Gatewood will be brought before the court to have a date set for arraignment and trial.
A true bill was found also against Larry Edison Aylor, 26, of Washington, on charges of possession of Preludun, a schedule II controlled substance.
In addition, the grand jury brought back true bills for welfare fraud against Patricia A. Lusby of Amissville and Clara Lorena Black of Castleton, both believed to be currently in Florida.
Trial was set for August 13 for Charles L. Longerbeam and Richard W. Courtney on charges of felonious escape.
