Bailey
A funeral for Mrs. Peggy Hotchkin Bailey, 35, will be held at Gore Funeral Home Giapel on Friday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. The Rev. John S. Farrar will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
She was a native of Charlottesville, Va. and a member of Culpeper Baptist Church. Mrs. Bailey died Tuesday, September 8, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include one son, Aaron Welch of Flint Hill, one daughter. Penny Leigh Welcher of Culpeper, her father Elmer Frederick Hotchkin of New York and her mother Mrs. Gladys Bowen Hotchkin of Culpeper and one sister, Mrs. Roger Printz of Culpeper.
Bearing
Funeral services for Clarence E. Dearing were conducted Monday at the First Baptist Church in Washington by the Rev. Wendell Grant of Marshall. Burial was in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery at Woodville.
Mr. Daring died Friday, September 4, 1981. He was a native of Rappahannock County and a deacon of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include an adopted daughter, Mrs. Lillie Worrell of Bronx, N. Y.; one brother, U. S. Dearing of Geveland, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Isabell Roy of Washington and Mrs. Mary Ophelia Russell of Bronx, N. Y.; four grandchildren and sue great-grandchildren.
