Meetings Set

A series of instructional and informational meetings for certified mechanics participating in the State Motor Vehicle Inspection Program has been scheduled from September 8 through September 29, according to Colonel D. M. Slane, Superintendent of. State Police, whose Department administers the Inspection Program.

This is an annual program and it is compulsory that all certified mechanics attend at least one session. Colonel Slane said, and added that anyone interested in motor vehicle repair and maintenance is invited to attend. All meetings open at 8 p.m. and run from one to two hours.

In the area surrounding Rappahannock, meetings are scheduled as follows: Fauquier County High School in Warrentcn on September 8; James Wood High School in Winchester September 9; Loudoun County High School and Orange Elementary School on September 10; Luray High School on September 15; Culpeper High School September 16 and Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas on the 17th.
