Benefit Dinner There will be a barbecue at the home of Mrs. Bessie Grigsby in Sperryville on Sunday. September 13, beginning at 3 p.m. Prices are $3.50 in and $4.00 delivered. All proceeds will benefit the building fund of Promise Land Baptist Church near Washington. The dinner is sponsored by Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Glasker. Fashion Show Planned The Sperryville Ladies Auxiliary at its regular monthly meeting, September 7, made plans to hold a fall fashion show. Date, time and place will be announced later.
