Mrs. Frances Goodard was elected president of the American Association of State Board of Social Workers at their meeting at Tulane University in New Orleans. La. last week.
Mrs. Agnes Holdren of Camp Springs, Md. was a Thursday overnight and Friday guest of her father, F. R. Frazier and brother Harold. They were joined for supper on Thursday by Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sjterryville and Mr. and Mrs. Ray F razier, Michele and Michael.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Powell spent last weekend with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Veneman and family in Bethesda. Md.
