Cindy, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Bywaters of Flint Hill, was judged the outstanding FBLA member and Todd, the son of Mrs. Frances Robinson of Washington, won first place in public speaking. Both were students in Piedmont's data processing course.
