The Inclusion in tha budget of any Item or Items does not constitute an obligation or ronalfant on tbe part of tha Board of Supervisors of this County to appropriate any funds for that Itaa or purpose. Thera Is no allocation, or designation of any funds, of this County for any purpose until there has first been an appropriation for that purpose by the Board of Supervisors.

A hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors on the budget for Informative purposes at the Rappahannock County Court House on the 6th day of June, 1983 at 10:00 A.M. at which time any citizen of this County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget for the fiscal year commencing JUly 1, 1983 will be adopted by the Board of Supervisors no later than July 1 1983 and at least seven days following the hearing at which time the Board of Supervisors shall fix a tax rate for the budget year. 7 '
