Festival
A Spring Festival of arts, crafts and music will be sponsored this weekend. May 28-29, by the Blue Ridge Arts Council at the Swinging Bridge Pottery in Criglersville.
More than 40 fine artists and craftspeople will display and demonstrate their work.
John Jackson will present vocal and guitar renditions of his own unique Piedmont Virginia variation of country blues. Maddie MacNeil will sing and play a variety of traditional and folk music on the mountain and hammered dulcimers. Recordings by both artists will be on sale.
