Rollins told the board that the lot had not been subdivided before and that he was told prior to purchase by the former zoning administrator that it would be possible to construct a dwelling in addition to the building already there.
“I’d hate to have to tear down this older dwelling,” Rollins said. “It’s a source of revenue for you (the county) and me.
The board unanimously agreed to grant the permit to Mr. and Mrs. Rollins, after they found that their case met all zoning ordinance criteria.
