SECTION VIII. OTHER FEES
The payment ot the fee for the construction, alteration, removal, or demolition, and for all work done in connection with the work contemplated by a building permit, shall not relieve the applicant or holder of the permit form the payment of other fees that are or may be prescribed by other laws or Ordinances for water taps, sewer connections, electrical service, erection of signs and display structures, or fees for inspections. certificates of use and occupancy, or other privileges or requirements. both within and without the jurisdiction of the Building Official.
The aforesaid Fee Schedule is available for public examination at the office of the Clerk of the CircuitCourt of Rappahannock County, between the hours of 8:30 A M and 4:30P M . Monday through Friday
This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia. for two (2) successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia. 1950 as amended.
