bond shall be returned to the permit holder upon satisfactory completion of the work SECTION VI MISCELLANEOUS FEES A. For each new electrical, plumbing, mechanical or structural inspection required as determined by the Building Official for any construction, alteration or enlargement of any structures not expressly covered by the foregoing, the fee shall be Thirty Five Dollars ($35 00) per inspection required. B The Building Official may also assess a fee of Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00) for each call-back inspection in the event any structure or portion thereof requires a reinspection SECTION VII REFUND OFFEES. Any permit issued by the Building Office pursuant to the provisions of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, under which no work is commenced within six (6) months, may be cancelled upon the application of the owner and fifty percent (50%) of the fee paid for such permit shall be refunded. Any permit issued pursuant to this Code shall become null and void after the expiration of six (6) months if no work is commenced thereunder during said six (6) months period, provided, however, any permit so voided may be reinstated upon application of original applicant within one (1) year from issuance with no additional fee and further provided, at the time of application for reinstatement, such plans and application comply with the then existing Building Code and other applicable Ordinances of the County.
