Rappahannock’s Board of Supervisors has three options in regard to an Industrial Development Bond (IDB) that would serve as financing for an adult home to be built in Harris Hollow. Two of the three would kill IDB financing of the project.
According to Bonnie France, bond counsel for McGuire, Woods & Battle of Richmond, the Board of Supervisors can on June 21:
• Approve the bond financing, which means that the supervisors believe the / project will be beneficial to Rappahannock County.
