Stockier have applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 12A-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to erect a temporary mobile home for use while they are constructing a permanent residence on their property on State Route 632 near Huntly, in Wakefield Magisterial District (Tax Map Reference No. 2-106) VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 144: On November 13,1960, the Board of Zoning Appeals granted James D. Russell of Sperryville, Virginia a variance from the provisions of Section 14-7-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to rebuild a nonconforming structure on U.S. Route 211 west of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, which burned on August 27,1975 more than three (3) years after the partial destruction with the condition that said restoration be completed by November 12,1983. The applicant wishes to extend the time for completion of the structure which is presently under reconstruction.
