As a private citizen with residence in Harris Hollow, I can only be strongly opposed to the proposed Rappahannock Group Home, which is the scheduled subject for discussion at the hearing on June 21 at the Elementary School here in Rappahannock.
As Commissioner of Revenue I have written a detailed letter to the governing body as well as the other boards that enforce the planning and zoning rules of the county. I have outlined a number of projections and' have submitted information regarding opinions of knowledgeable experts on property values.
