A reunion for the families of the late Aubrey and Ellen Baker Jenkina will be held on Sunday, July 8, beginning at 1230, at the Rappahannock Park near Washington.

All family members and friends are urged to attend and bring a picnic lunch which will be served at 1 p.m.

‘BetrayaV This Weekend

“Betrayal” with Ben Kingsley will be shown on Friday and Sunday, June 22 and 24, at 730 at the Gay St. Theater. This change in schedule is due to the RAAC Talent Showcase which will be at the theater on Saturday, June 23. “Betrayal” is rated “R”

Aging Services Meeting Planned

The Rappahannock-Kapidan Community Services Center will hold a public hearing on the annual Area Plan for Aging Services in conjunction with the meeting of the Aging Advisory Council on Monday, June 25, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. at 401 South Main Street, Culpeper. 4th Of July Art Show

Artists of all ages are invited to display their work at Middle Street Gallery on the 4th. Pictures must be ready to hang, brought to the Gallery between 10 and 5 on July 8 and picked up between 10 and 5 on July 5. The work will be for sale with the proceeds going to the artists except for 15 percent which the Gallery is donating to RAAC.

RAAC Board Meeting

The first meeting of the new RAAC Board will be held June 24 at 4:30 in the Rappahannock Courthouse. The public and all members are welcome.
