In conclusion, I would like to say that over the past two years, the WVFD has made graat strides in the improvement of ^equipment and service to the community. We have great hopes for the near future also, but with the additional flnaneiel burden and time consumption that the group home would require, I feel the supervisors would be unwise to approve such a facility.
