On July 2, 1984, the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority (the “Authority”) adopted a Resolution authorizing the Authority to borrow not to exceed $1,000,000 in anticipation of the receipt of revenues from a grant by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for the purpose of financing the cost of wastewater treatment and sewer facilities. The Resolution was adopted pursuant to authority gramed by the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended.
