• There are no conference or meeting rooms, office space is cramped and storage space is virtually non-existent.
TTie Child Care and Learning Center must move to a new building, and the facility must be constructed to meet increasing community needs.
Those increasing needs, which the Learning Center in a new location will support, include:
• After-school child care for school-age children.
• An adult literacy program.
• Expanded speech therapy and learning disabilities tutoring programs.
• Senior citizen inter-generational programs and programs for the handicapped.
• Enrichment classes (currently housed in rental facilities throughout the county).
• Instructional classes, including dance, karate and ait workshops.
