• Sell lot X. The supervisors agreed to sell lot X, .33 acres in Jackson District, for $1,000. The lot was a gift to the county, and due to its size, could only be merged with one of two adjoining lots.
The supervisors advertised the proposed sale of the lot in the Rappahannock News, and allowed time for public discussion of the proposed sale to an adjoining landowner, before passing a resolution to do so.
No one opposed the sale.
• Return trout classification to Rush River. Speaking on behalf of Harris Hollow residents, Nelson Lane expressed the desire of residents to reclassify Rush River as a trout stream.
The supervisors tabled the resolution for fiirther study.
• New-road approval. Zoning administrator David Konick presented a plat with more than five lots to the supervisors for approval.
