Store Clerk
Miss Roberta Earle Spicer, 86, of Culpeper, died Sunday, July 29 at the Culpeper Health Care Center.
Miss Spicer was a native of Culpeper County and a member of Culpeper Presbyterian Church. She was a retired clerk for Lerner’s Department Store in Culpeper. Her parents were the late William Edgar and Nannie Corbin Spicer.
She is survived by her brother-inlaw, Clyde C. Courtney of Culpeper, with whom she made her home and two nephews, Clarence Spicer of Elkridge, Maryland and Otis Spicer of Free Land, Maryland. , Funeral services were held at the Culpeper Presbyterian Church on Tuesday by the Rev. Horace Douty. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
Clore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
