Maynard Nethers of Stephens City was a Friday evening guest of his mother, Mrs. Robert Nethers. Sunday guests were Mrs. Bob Lewis, Charles Corder, Jr., Karen Corder, Heather Aylor, Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Lillard and Dayna of Springfield spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson had dinner at Country Cookin’ in Culpeper on Thursday to celebrate the birthday of Mrs. Lillard.

Mrs. Sandy Curtis and Joshua of Tulsa, Oklahoma spent from Wednesday until Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis.

Mrs. Barbara Gentry attended a birthday celebration for Fred Hockman at Lebanon Church on Thursday.

Among those from out of town who attended the Vest-Wemer wedding recently were Dr. and Mrs. W. J. Werner and family of Haymarket, Mrs. Thelma Werner of South Dakota, Charles “Bud” Werner of California, Mrs. Virginia Bonahue and Mr. and Mrs. Junior Looney, all of Fairfax, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Anoia, Mr. and Mrs. Johhy Vest and Meredith, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Vest and Curtis Vest, all of Virginia Beach. Also attending were guests from Woodstock, Culpeper, Front Royal and the Rappahannock area.
