Eligible veterans will be furnished a Certificate of Eligibility by the V.A. to be presented to an employer offering a job training program that meets specified requirements. The certificate will be good far a period of 60 days and may be renewed.
Applications may be obtained from the Culpeper office of Virginia Employment Commission (VEC). Employers wishing to take part in the program are encouraged to contact their local office of the VEC.
