Emiel Smet Named
Hard at work since early July has been Emiel Smet, the new building inspector who can be reached at the Zoning Office in the courthouse complex in Washington.
Smet has recorded pages and pages of inspection during his first few weeks in office. He’s well-qualified for his new position and warns, “I am tough.”
