Town of Washington, Va NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Pursuant to Section 6-1-3 of the Town of Washington. Virginia Zoning Ordinance, 1970, and 151-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington. Virginia will hold public hearings on Wednesday, August 8. 1964 at 8:00 p.m at the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, to consider the following applications (1) SPECIAL USE APPLICATION NO 30: Reverend Robert L. Dunphy. lessee, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 1-2-12 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance, 1970 to erect a sign for "The Family Worship Center of Rappahannock County" at William Carrigan's old school house Tax map reference no. 20A(1)78 (2) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO 31: James V DeBergh has applied lor a special use permit in accordance with Sections applied for a special use permit in accordance with Sections 1-2-18 and 1-2-19 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance, 1970 to construct an office building for up to four (4) offices on Gay Street across from the Washington Baptist Church within four (4) years from the approval of this application Tax Map Reference No. 20A-1-68 Copies of the foregoing applications are on file and available for public inspection at the Zoning Office. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 am. to 4:30 p.m. The applicants and all other interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and present their views or to direct their written comments to the Town Council, in care of the Zoning Office, Box 222, Washington, Virginia 22747, prior to the meeting date.
