In an article titled, “BZA Votes Variance Down,” it was incorrectly reported Child Care and Learning Center representatives protested when BZA board members twice went into executive session. Representatives of the Center did not protest either move into executive session.
In General District Court news, it was reported Roy Coria Wallace was fined $600 and costs for reckless driving. The fine was $50 and costs.
