Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Thornhill of Boston wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lou Ellen, to Elwood F. Jenkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elwood D. Jenkins of Sperryville.
Lou Ellen is a graduate of Germanna Community College and is employed with Communications Corporation of America in Boston.
Elwood is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School and is employed with Beiro Construction Co., Inc. in Alexandria.
The wedding date is set for October 20.

Pictures To Be
Taken August 2 & 3
The photographers are coming to Rappahannock County High School early this year. R.C.H.S. rising Seniors will have their Senior portraits taken on Thursday and Friday August 2nd and 3rd from 9:00-12:00 and 1:004:30 at the school. The photographer will mail appointment cards to each Senior. Seniors may switch appointments with their friends as necessary. A sitting fee of $5.00 will be charged.
Formal poses for girls will be with drape provided by the photographer. Guys should wear white shuts, dark coat,' land a tie. Inform*! poses are available, but formal poses are required for the yearbook. Makeups will be held later for those who may be on vacation.
