I am responding to your letter that appeared in the July 26 edition of The Rappahannock News.
You complained of people being taken to court to collect “certain socalled unpaid fees, some as little as $20, despite the fact that their parents withdrew the children from the school ...and in some cases before services contracted for in advance were received.”
