William H. Jones

Retired Farmer

William Howard Jones, 89, of Woodville, died Saturday, January 26 at McGuire Hospital in Richmond.

Mr. Jones was a native of Rappahannock County and was a retired farmer. He was a deacon and treasurer of the Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Howard McCoy Jones of Culpeper and William F. Jones of Hampton; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at the Shiloh Baptist Church in Woodville on Friday, Febuary 1, by the Rev. George Dean of Front Royal. Burial was in the family section of the church cemetery.

W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
