There are many things that I’d like to do to help state government become more efficient. I think we need a stateequivalent of the Grace Commission (which reported to President Reagan ways of eliminating government waste). I would like to see a commission appointed b y the Governor — I would love to have the opportunity to serve on it -- a commission that would represent all walks of life, professions, interests of our citizens, and produce a document comparable to the Grace Commission’s nationally that would
