NURSE The Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District is recruiting for a Public Health Nurse for Orange County Health Dept. This position has a dual role of clinic nurse & family pieinning educator. Provides nursing and counseling services to patients in the areas of family planning methods, pelvic examinations and patients' feelings about seeking birth control. Coordinates services with school personnel; helps to orient new health dept, employees; assists the nursing supervisor with supervision of the outreach workers; performs other related duties as assigned. VA. licensed RN (or eligible). BSN with public health component and/or related experience preferred. Knowledge of communicable diseases, nutrition, health education, maternal, child health, and pediatrics helpful. Salary: $16,529-$23,579 plus benefits. Closing date: 5:00 p.m., February 15, 1985.
