Zoning Administrator David Konick gave the supervisors a stem lecture on Rappahannock County’s zoning and subdivision ordinance at their February 4 meeting. Konick emphasized the point that unless the supervisors take the ordinance more seriously, the county will be in for trouble down the line.
By trouble Konick meant the prospect of developers penetrating Rappahannock. The likelihood of such development, Konick believes, is increased by the supervisors’ failure to observe the letter of the law in the zoning and subdivision ordinance.
