Good Friday Service At

Woodville Baptist

Good Friday services will be held at Woodville Baptist Church at 7:30 p.m. The following churches are participating: Novum Baptist, Mt. Carmel Baptist, F.T. Baptist, Mt. Lebanon Baptist, Slate Mills Baptist and the Woodville Baptist Church. The public is invited to attend.

Sunrise Service At

Chester Gap Baptist

A sunrise service will be held at Chester Gap Baptist Church on Sunday, April 7 at 6 a.m. Breakfast will follow in the fellowship hall of the church. A candlelight service will be held at 7 p.m. at the church on Sunday evening. Everyone is welcome.

Easter Services At Slate Mills Baptist

Easter Sunday services at Slate Mills Baptist includes a sunrise service at 6 a.m.; church breakfast at 7 a.m.; Sunday School at 9 a.m. followed by worship service at 10 a.m. The Rev. J. Harold Eaton is pastor of Slate Mills Baptist and with the congregation invites the public to attend.

Trinity Episcopal

Maundy Thursday services will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church on April 4 at 7:30 p.m. At 12 noon on Good Friday there will be a prayer service. A joint service with Washington Baptist Church will be held on Good Friday evening at 7:30 at Trinity. A great Eas- . ter Vigfl service will be held on Saturday evening at 7:30. On Sunday morning at 5:30 a.m. at the home of Col. and Mrs. N.A. Parson, a Sunrise Eucharist service will be held. Holy Eucharist will also be held at 8 and 11 a. m. on Easter Sunday at Trinity. For the youngsters there will be an Easter egg hunt at 12:30 on Sunday. Everyone is welcome.

The Amissville United Methodist Church will have a Sunrise Service on Easter. Sunday morning, April 7 at 6 a.m. Immediately following Sunrise Services, breakfast will be served in the fellowship hall of the church. Everyone welcomed.

At 11 a.m. worship service there be an Easter Cantanta done by the Adult Choir. Everyone welcomed.

Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville invites the public to a sunrise service on Easter Sunday. The message will be delivered by the Rev. Allsberry at 6 a.m. Following the service the deaconesses will serve breakfast in the dining area. The Sunday School will sponsor an Easter egg hunt following the service and breakfast.
