Sperryville, Virginia IN execution of a deed of trust from Eugene E Cook and Diane E. Cook dated 5/25/84 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 148 at page 419, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder the following property: All the following described tract or parcel of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Pidemont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and bounded and described according to a survey made by J.l. Covell, C.L.S., on June 13, 1977 recorded in Deed Book 559 at Page 124, as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at an iron pin driven

in the south line of Route #211,

a corner with Berberian, formerly

Snead; thence with the south

line of the highway N 67-45 E,

the line passing through a monument,

E 162.00', an iron pin in line on

the bank, to a point at the center

of the Thornton River; thence

to a point, iron pin in line on the

bank, corner with Berberian;
